LIVVOLT Kart Boat: From Factory to Lake 2026

Design priorities: fun, safe, simple
We designed the Kart Boat around three words: fun, safe, simple. The 12kW jet-drive system and stable hull came first; everything else — seating, storage, the swap battery — serves a boat a first-timer can drive and a parent can trust.
Every design argument ended with a single test: would a nervous first-timer smile within five minutes? If the answer was no, the feature went back to the drawing board. That filter shaped the whole boat.
Assembly and quality checks
Assembly and quality checks happen before a unit is ever crated. Each boat passes a build inspection and a water test, so what arrives at your lake is proven, not promised.
We water-test every batch, not just prototypes. A boat that has already run in our hands is a boat that will not surprise you in yours, and that discipline is why backers trust the timeline.
Shipping and unboxing experience
Shipping and unboxing are designed to be a ten-minute setup, not a project. The boat arrives secured, the battery seats with a clear click, and the first launch-day checklist is short enough to memorize.
We obsessed over the unboxing because the first five minutes set the tone for ownership. Clear labels, minimal fasteners, and a QR code to the setup video mean you are on the water before the excitement fades.
Your first launch day checklist
The best kart-boating lakes share a few traits: easy launch ramps, clear no-wake zones near shore, and ranger offices that answer questions. We favor larger public lakes in the Southwest and Southeast where electric craft are welcome.
Before you commit to a lake, call the marina once. Five minutes on the phone tells you about ramp fees, no-wake boundaries, and whether electric boats are explicitly allowed — information that saves a wasted drive.
Frequently Asked Questions
How fast does the Kart Boat go?
up to 40 km/h (about 25 mph) — quick enough for real fun in a low hull, calm enough for first-timers to relax within minutes.
How does the battery work?
It uses a modular quick-swap battery pack. You can hot-swap a spare in minutes instead of waiting to recharge, which is what makes all-day riding practical.
Is it safe for beginners?
Yes. No exposed propeller, auto shut-off, stable catamaran-style hull — the biggest traditional boating risk, a spinning prop, simply is not there.
