Unleash the Power of 240V
Power your 240V heavy-hitters (like dryers, ACs, and EV chargers) while your 120V everyday devices like laptops and lamps continue running too. No switching, no setup, no compromise. Plug into a standard 120V outlet and run 240V heavy-duty appliances. Connecting appliances directly is different from connecting household circuits. Home connection requires correctly installed compatible transfer equipment and manufacturer-specified wiring.
Get Your Estimated Runtime
Estimate = selected battery capacity × 85% ÷ total running watts. Actual runtime varies by load, temperature and operating mode. Expansion batteries increase capacity, not inverter output. Parallel operation requires two main units and the manufacturer-specified connection equipment. Surge power is not a continuous-load allowance.

The manufacturer’s standard specification lists 8,000W peak at 240V and 4,000W peak at 120V. The promotional comparison graphic’s higher 10,000W / 5,000W figures require an eligible OTA update. Confirm firmware and operating conditions with Jackery. Continuous ratings remain 4,000W at 240V / 2,000W at 120V per main unit.

User Manual & Setup
[2] The 30dB noise level is measured at a distance of 1 meter while operating in Quiet Mode.
[3] 1.3 hours is achieved by wall charging using the optional 40A fast charging cable.
[4] Based on a configuration of 1 main unit and 5 expansion batteries, this estimated annual savings is achieved using Time-of-Use mode, calculated at California electricity rates.
[5] Based on a daily cycle of one charge and discharge, the 6,000-cycle battery cells are projected to last 16 years.
[6] Cost savings are calculated based on the average purchase and installation price variance between ATS and MTS in the US. Time savings reflect the average difference in installation duration between the two systems.
[7] "Support for high-power-draw devices" refers to adding heavy-duty 240V appliances—such as high-capacity air conditioners, clothes dryers, and water heaters—on top of the equipment already covered by "Flexible backup power for multiple appliances." This solution is tailored for those who want their daily lives to carry on completely uninterrupted during a power outage.
[8] Flexible backup power for multiple appliances includes additional cooking appliances (such as microwaves, electric kettles, and coffee makers) and climate control devices (such as window air conditioners) on top of the devices covered by Basic home power protection. This is better suited for users seeking a certain quality of life during a power outage.
[9] Basic home power protection refers to the backup power duration reference for a mix of multiple devices based on a power consumption model. In this model, based on common household electricity habits, refrigerators, freezers, Wi-Fi, and lights are classified as long-term appliances, while cell phones and computers are classified as intermittent appliances.
Warranty: see applicable manufacturer warranty terms and LIVVOLT policy. Jackery.com-exclusive extended-warranty offers are not automatically promised by this store.
[11] EV Charging: Jackery Grounding Adapter Recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between 120V and 240V output?
One main unit provides up to 2,000W continuous at 120V or 4,000W at 240V. A manufacturer-supported two-unit parallel configuration doubles these continuous limits. These limits do not permit all listed appliances to operate at once.
Is the 7.2kWh parallel package the same as adding an extra battery?
No. The parallel package contains two HomePower 3600 Pro Max main units, a Manual Transfer Switch, 40A Charging Cable, Parallel Communication Cable and AC Charging Cable as listed. The Extra Battery package contains one main unit and one Battery Pack HomePower 3600.
Does every package include a transfer switch?
No. The Manual Transfer Switch and 40A Charging Cable are included only in configurations that list them. Check the selected package’s included-equipment list.
Can this power my home automatically?
Automatic backup requires correctly installed, compatible transfer equipment and the manufacturer’s configuration. Follow the instructions and use a qualified electrician where required. Never connect the unit to a household wall outlet to feed power back into your home.
Why do the promotional graphics show different surge figures?
The supplied manufacturer graphic states that 10,000W peak at 240V and 5,000W peak at 120V require an OTA firmware update available after October 19, 2026. Actual firmware availability and device eligibility must be confirmed in the Jackery App. These peak figures are not continuous output ratings.
Where can I find shipping and warranty terms?
Free shipping to eligible contiguous U.S. addresses. Applicable LIVVOLT shipping, return and manufacturer warranty policies govern orders from this store.
