How to reset the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections on EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3?
When the device is powered off, press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds. The device's LCD screen will light up, and then the screen will blink once (it must blink once), indicating that the Bluetooth connection has been successfully reset.

Can the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Smart Extra Battery andthe EcoFlow DELTA Pro Smart Extra Battery be mixed and plugged into the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3?
Supported. However, due to the different capacities of the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Extra Battery and the EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery, there will be some SOC imbalance.

Why can't my charger power the Trail?
The Trail utilizes a high-efficiency fast-charging solution, and its charging management chip requires a minimum voltage to operate. To charge your Trail device, please use a charger with an output of 9V or higher. Chargers that only support a 5V output will not be able to charge the device.

Common error/failure handling methods
High temperature protection: Please stop using the product and move it to a well-ventilated location away from heat sources. The alarm will automatically disappear after the product temperature returns to normal levels. Low temperature protection: Please move the product to a warmer location. The alarm will automatically disappear after the product temperature returns to normal levels. USB-C1 output overload: Please remove the device connected to the USB-C1 interface. Wait for the alarm to automatically disappear before trying again. USB-C2 output overload: Please remove the device connected to the USB-C2 interface. The charging logic between the main device and the extra battery is that the one with the lower voltage charges first. Once the voltage levels of the main device and the extra battery are the same, they charge simultaneously. During discharging, the one with the higher voltage discharges first. When the voltages become equal, both the main device and the extra battery discharge together.

The device will generally emit some background noise during normal operation (such as fan noise or current flow). If the device is not operating normally, the noise may become noticeably louder or sound unusual. A sharp whistling, clanking, or grinding sound may indicate a malfunction. Please record a short video of the issue and send it to us so we can help identify and resolve the problem.

When using instruments to measure the AC power output, why are the L and N measurements reversed?
The portable power station is a floating-ground system, meaning that this type of detection equipment is likely to be ineffective. The detection equipment is designed to detect grounded output from grid power. The voltage difference between neutral and ground in the grid is very small, which is why there is a distinction between positive and reverse wiring. The device's AC output is generated by boosting the internal battery voltage through an inverter. Since there is no reference ground, testers may indicate reversed wiring. Furthermore, in the portable power station, both L and N are energized. When operating in inverter-only mode, the two wires can be regarded as equivalent, so the concept of reversed wiring does not apply. Think of it like this: AC voltage follows a sine wave pattern and its direction changes. As a result, the electric potential of L and N change relative to each other. On a microscopic timescale, current flows from high potential to low potential. However, since AC operates at 50 Hz, with 50 direction change cycles per second, the frequency is too high to distinguish. On a macroscopic level, the two wires appear the same during inversion. Many instruments will show the same peak voltage for both wires, so they can be regarded as equivalent with no distinction.

When it’s charging, the remaining charging time will be shown on the LCD Screen. Meanwhile, the charging indicator icon begins to rotate with the remaining battery percentage and the input power shown on the right of the circle.

How to clean the product?

How long can the product charge my devices?
The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.

How does the Emergency Power Supply (EPS) work? And how fast is it?
When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.

Does it support charging while using?
Yes, power station supports charging and discharging when charging in vehicles,portable solar panel, etc. However, when the battery of the machine is low or is about to run out, it is best not to output while connecting to DC charging (solar/vehicle charging); at this time, if the input of the power is less than or equal to the output power, the device will continue to consume power, which may result in power loss and eventually damage the battery.

The Trail utilizes a high-efficiency fast-charging solution, and its charging management chip requires a minimum voltage to operate. To charge your Trail device, please use a charger with an output of 9V or higher. Chargers that only support a 5V output will not be able to charge the device.
