Effective Date: July 27, 2026
Last Updated: July 27, 2026
Overview
This website is operated by Livvoltpower Inc. Throughout the Site, the terms “Livvoltpower,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Livvoltpower Inc.
Livvoltpower is an independent authorized EcoFlow reseller. EcoFlow® is a registered trademark of EcoFlow Inc. Livvoltpower is not owned, operated, or controlled by EcoFlow Inc.
We offer this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through the website, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or notices referenced in them, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Livvoltpower.
By visiting the Site, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Site, create an account, submit an order, or use our services.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell products to you.
1. Eligibility and Online Store Terms
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through the Site.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
· You meet the applicable age requirement;
· You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
· The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
· You will use the Site and products only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Site or any product purchased from us in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or limit access to the Site, cancel an account, refuse service, or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
· Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
· Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
· Product availability limitations;
· Pricing or listing errors;
· Shipping restrictions;
· Abuse of our return, refund, promotion, or warranty processes;
· Violations of these Terms; or
· Applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
We will not unlawfully discriminate when providing products or services.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of the Site or our services without our prior written permission.
3. Account Registration and Security
Certain Site features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
· Providing accurate and current account information;
· Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
· Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
· Monitoring activity conducted through your account; and
· Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
You may not create an account using another person’s identity or provide false or misleading information.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, compatibility information, availability, and other details accurately.
However:
· Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device;
· Packaging, accessories, firmware, specifications, or product features may be updated by the manufacturer;
· Product images may include props or accessories that are not included unless expressly stated;
· Product availability may change without notice; and
· Typographical, technical, or formatting errors may occasionally occur.
You are responsible for reviewing the product description, specifications, compatibility requirements, voltage requirements, included accessories, and manufacturer documentation before placing an order.
Product descriptions and Site content do not replace the applicable manufacturer’s manual, safety instructions, technical specifications, or warranty documentation.
5. Product Availability and Purchase Limits
Products may be available in limited quantities and may become unavailable before an order is processed or shipped.
We reserve the right to:
· Limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, account, order, payment method, or address;
· Restrict sales to certain geographic locations;
· Discontinue a product;
· Reject purchases that appear intended for unauthorized resale; or
· Cancel an order when inventory is unavailable.
Purchase limits may apply to orders placed under the same account, billing information, shipping address, payment method, or other identifying information.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
All prices displayed on the Site are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law or where the displayed price resulted from an obvious error.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, handling charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Promotional codes, discounts, gifts, bundles, and special offers:
· May be subject to additional terms;
· May have expiration dates;
· May not be combined unless expressly stated;
· May be limited to certain products or customers;
· Have no cash value; and
· May be canceled or modified where permitted by law.
We may cancel an order or correct a transaction if a promotion was applied through technical error, unauthorized use, manipulation, or violation of its stated terms.
7. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order has been accepted.
An order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We may verify:
· Product availability;
· Payment authorization;
· Billing and shipping information;
· Fraud-screening results;
· Purchase limits; and
· Shipping eligibility.
Your order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before shipment. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.
8. Billing and Payment Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
· You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
· The information provided is accurate;
· The payment method has sufficient funds or credit; and
· You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, Shopify Payments, credit card networks, banks, digital-wallet providers, or other third-party payment processors.
We do not generally receive or store your complete payment card number.
Your bank or payment provider may impose currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, authorization holds, or other charges. These third-party charges are not controlled by Livvoltpower.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, destination restrictions, tracking, damaged shipments, and missing packages are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
· Carrier delays;
· Severe weather;
· Natural disasters;
· Peak shipping periods;
· Labor disruptions;
· Government actions;
· Address errors;
· Lithium-battery shipping restrictions; and
· Other transportation or logistics disruptions.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and monitoring the tracking information provided for your order.
10. Order Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Order cancellations, return eligibility, RMA requirements, return shipping costs, restocking fees, non-returnable products, damaged products, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved.
Products must not be returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions from our support team.
Refunds are issued according to the applicable Refund & Return Policy and may be reduced by permitted shipping charges, processing fees, restocking fees, missing-item costs, or other disclosed deductions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable return, refund, or consumer-protection right provided by applicable law.
11. Manufacturer Warranty
Eligible products may be covered by an applicable EcoFlow limited manufacturer warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, registration requirements, exclusions, geographic limitations, remedies, and claim procedures vary by product and are governed by the applicable manufacturer warranty documentation.
You may be required to provide:
· Valid proof of purchase;
· Proof of delivery;
· The product serial number;
· Photos, videos, or diagnostic information; and
· Other information reasonably required to evaluate the claim.
Livvoltpower may assist with purchase verification and warranty-related communication. Final warranty eligibility, diagnosis, repair, replacement, or other warranty remedies may be determined by EcoFlow or an authorized service provider.
Manufacturer warranty coverage is separate from our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Product Safety
Portable power stations, extra batteries, solar generators, solar panels, chargers, and related products may contain lithium batteries, high-capacity electrical components, or equipment capable of producing hazardous electrical current.
Before using a product, you must:
· Read the complete manufacturer manual;
· Review all safety warnings;
· Inspect the product and accessories for damage;
· Use only compatible equipment and approved accessories;
· Follow applicable charging, ventilation, storage, and temperature requirements;
· Keep the product away from water, excessive heat, open flames, and hazardous environments; and
· Operate the product only within its rated electrical and environmental limits.
You must not:
· Open, puncture, crush, burn, modify, or improperly dispose of a battery;
· Use a visibly damaged, swollen, leaking, overheated, or malfunctioning product;
· Bypass product safety systems;
· Exceed rated input or output limits;
· Use incompatible cables, adapters, batteries, or accessories; or
· Use a product in a manner prohibited by the manufacturer.
Stop using the product immediately if you notice smoke, unusual odors, excessive heat, swelling, sparks, leakage, abnormal noise, or other signs of damage or malfunction.
13. Installation and Electrical Work
Livvoltpower does not provide electrical, construction, engineering, vehicle, solar-system, or home-integration installation services unless expressly agreed in writing.
Products involving:
· Home backup integration;
· Transfer switches;
· Electrical panels;
· Smart home panels;
· High-voltage connections;
· Vehicle alternator chargers;
· Permanent solar installations; or
· Other fixed electrical connections
must be installed by appropriately qualified and licensed professionals where required.
You are responsible for ensuring that installation and use comply with:
· Manufacturer instructions;
· Product specifications;
· National, state, and local electrical codes;
· Building and fire codes;
· Permit requirements;
· Vehicle-manufacturer requirements; and
· Utility-company requirements.
Livvoltpower is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, code violations, or work performed by an unqualified person, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Medical and Critical Applications
Unless the applicable manufacturer documentation expressly states otherwise, products sold through the Site are not designed, certified, or intended to serve as the sole power source for:
· Life-support equipment;
· Emergency medical equipment;
· Critical healthcare systems;
· Safety systems;
· Emergency communication systems; or
· Any application where power failure could reasonably result in death, personal injury, or substantial property damage.
Customers using a product near medical or safety-critical equipment are responsible for consulting the equipment manufacturer and an appropriately qualified professional.
You should maintain an independent and reliable backup plan for any medical, emergency, or safety-critical power requirement.

16. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, videos, logos, designs, icons, software, layouts, and other materials, are owned by Livvoltpower, licensed to us, or used with permission.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes.
No license or ownership right is transferred to you.
EcoFlow product names, trademarks, logos, images, and other brand materials belong to EcoFlow Inc. or their respective owners and are used only as permitted.
17. User Content, Reviews, and Submissions
“User Content” includes reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, questions, feedback, suggestions, and other content you submit to us or through the Site.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Livvoltpower a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
· Use;
· Reproduce;
· Modify;
· Adapt;
· Publish;
· Translate;
· Display;
· Distribute; and
· Create derivative materials from
the User Content for purposes including operating the Site, customer support, product improvement, advertising, marketing, social media, and business administration.
You represent and warrant that:
· You own or control the necessary rights to the User Content;
· The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
· The content does not violate another person’s rights;

We may review, moderate, remove, or decline to publish User Content, but we are not obligated to do so.
18. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit ideas, suggestions, proposals, designs, improvements, or other feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, or proprietary ideas that you do not want us to use.
19. Third-Party Services, Tools, and Links
The Site may include services, tools, applications, payment methods, content, or links provided by third parties.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party:
· Websites;
· Applications;

· Products;
· Services;
· Privacy practices;
· Security practices; or
· Terms and conditions.
Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
The inclusion of a third-party link or service does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Livvoltpower.
20. Personal Information
Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of Personal Information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
21. Disclaimer of Site and Service Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and online services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
· The Site will always be available;
· Access will be uninterrupted or error-free;
· Every defect will be corrected immediately;
· Site information will always be complete or current; or
· The Site will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
This section applies to the Site and online services. It does not replace or eliminate any applicable manufacturer warranty, express written warranty, implied warranty, or non-waivable consumer right.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Livvoltpower and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or relating to:
· Your use of or inability to use the Site;

· Unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials;
· Misuse or unauthorized modification of a product;
· Improper installation;
· Use of incompatible accessories or equipment; or
· Failure to follow product safety instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from a product, order, or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to Livvoltpower for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
The limitations in this section do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Depending on applicable law, this may include liability arising from:
· Fraud;
· Willful misconduct;
· Gross negligence;
· Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
· Defective products; or
· Non-waivable consumer-protection rights.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Livvoltpower and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:

· Fire or flood;
· Epidemics or public-health emergencies;

This section does not affect any right that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
25. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or create a legal or security risk.
You may stop using the Site at any time.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, or dispute-resolution provisions.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection provided by the laws of your state or jurisdiction that cannot legally be waived.
27. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Before filing a legal claim, you and Livvoltpower agree to make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
To begin informal resolution, contact us at support@livvoltpower.com and provide:
· Your name and contact information;
· Your order number, when applicable;
· A description of the dispute; and
· The resolution requested.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring the dispute in another jurisdiction.
Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or modified to reflect its intended purpose.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
29. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Livvoltpower.
30. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Livvoltpower concerning your use of the Site and purchases made through it.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific promotion or written agreement, the more specific terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.
32. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:
· Our business operations;
· Products or services;
· Site functionality;
· Legal or regulatory requirements; or
· Our policies and procedures.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
