Which expansion battery is compatible?
Use only the Jackery Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2. The earlier Battery Pack 2000 Plus is not compatible.
How much can the capacity expand?
The main unit has 2,048Wh. Up to five compatible Battery Pack 2000 Plus v2 units provide up to 12,288Wh, marketed as 12kWh. Expansion batteries are not included with the main unit.
Does every bundle include solar panels?
No. Select a configuration and check the included-equipment list. The battery bundle adds a battery; only the solar bundles include the named panels.
Does the extra 9% change the product's base price?
No. The product page estimates the eligible cart discount. The actual discount is applied by LIVVOLT's configured Shopify promotion and is confirmed at checkout.
