Questions, answered

Can one unit run 240 V appliances?

The standalone unit supplies 120 V. A supported two-unit configuration and the required Jackery Connector are needed for 240 V operation. Check the appliance’s running and starting power before selecting a system.

Does adding a battery increase output power?

Expansion batteries increase stored energy and runtime. They do not increase the rated AC output of a standalone power station.

Can I connect solar panels?

Yes. Use compatible Jackery panels, cables and the input limits specified in the user manual. Solar output changes with weather, panel angle and shading.

Can it be used indoors?

The power station does not burn fuel, so it produces no combustion exhaust during operation. Keep it dry, allow the required ventilation and follow the manual’s temperature and placement requirements.

What do the 30 dB and 16-year figures mean?

The quiet-operation figure is measured in Quiet Mode at a distance of one metre. Full-load noise is higher. Sixteen years is a theoretical battery-cell life derived from the rated cycle count, not a product warranty.

What warranty and return terms apply to my LIVVOLT purchase?

LIVVOLT orders follow the warranty and return terms shown in this store. Jackery.com-only membership benefits, automatic warranty extensions and promotional gifts are not included unless specifically stated in your order.

Can I use it for life-critical equipment?

Follow the manufacturer’s safety guidance. Do not rely on the power station as the sole source for life-support, safety-critical or mission-critical equipment.

Where can I get help before ordering?

Contact LIVVOLT support with the devices you want to run and their wattage. We can help you compare configurations and confirm compatibility before purchase.

*Manufacturer test and theoretical figures are not guarantees of real-world performance. Noise is measured at 1 m: approximately 30 dB in Quiet Mode and 50.3 dB at full load. Battery life is calculated from the rated 6,000 cycles. Claimed 2-hour charging requires hybrid AC and DC input. Follow the user manual for safety, operating limits and compatibility.
